Rogers' "Council of War" Group

Famed Civil War sculptor John Rogers created his greatest work with this group of Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and Secretary of War Edward Stanton, as they review Grant's plans of operation. Stanton wipes his glasses as Lincoln studies the map intently.
