Jacob Harold Gallinger (1837-1918)

Jacob Harold Gallinger was a U.S. congressman (1885-89) and U.S. senator (1891-1918) from New Hampshire. Gallinger was trained as a medical doctor, but spent most of his life working as a Republican politician.
