John A. Bingham, Joseph Holt and Henry L. Burnett
Joseph Holt (center) was the judge advocate general of the Army and head of the Bureau of Military Justice during the Civil War. John A. Bingham (left) and General Henry L. Burnett (right) were assistant judge advocates. They were the prosecutors in the trial of the conspirators in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.
