Edward R. Murrow

Edward R. Murrow was an American news correspondent during World War II and then served CBS as vice president and director of public affairs and news analyst, producing and broadcasting the popular See It Now and Person to Person programs on television. He was also director of the U.S. Information Agency from 1961 to 1964.
