Malcolm X (1925-1965)

Malcolm X was a tremendously influential African-American leader during the 1960s who was an advocate of Black nationalism. He originally gained prominence as a leader in the Black Muslim movement led by Elijah Muhammad, but later left the movement and was then assassinated by Black Muslims.
