Map of General Andrew Jackson's Campaign Against the Creek Indians, 1813-1814

General Jackson and the Tennessee Militia defeated the Creek Indians. The Creeks were forced to sign a peace treaty with the U.S. government opening their lands to American expansionism. This was one of the last battles of the War of 1812.
