"Jackson at Pensacola"
General Andrew Jackson captured Pensacola and St. Marks, Florida, during the Seminole War and deposed the Spanish governor. This led to the final cession of the Floridas to the United States. This engraving was created and published by Lossing & Barritt in the mid to late nineteenth century.
