Bessie Darling
Bessie Darling was an actress and the pupil of Fanny Morant. In March, 1874, Darling made her debut as Juliana in "The Honeymoon" at New York's Lyceum Theatre. The actress played Martha in "Little Em'ly" at Booth's Theatre in November, 1875. 1877 was a busy year for Darling, who, in April, performed as Julia in "The Hunchback" as well as Lady Macbeth in the Shakespearean tragedy, both at New York's Eagle Theatre. In May of that same year the actress appeared in "Two Orphans" at Daly's Theatre.
