Chester Bidwell Darrall (1842-1908)

A physician, Darrall entered the Union Army as assistant surgeon in the New York Volunteers. He resigned from the Army while on duty in Louisiana in 1867. He won election as a member of the Congress for Louisiana (1869-77 and 1881-83).
