General Sherman's Campaign

These engravings after sketches by Theodore R. Davis originally appeared in the July 2, 1864 issue of Harper's Weekly. The illustrations depict scenes from General William Tecumseh Sherman's campaign and include the following captions: a railroad depot at Resaca, Georgia; Adairsville, Georgia; Kingston, Georgia; a skirmish at Woodlands, Georgia; and burning the railroad bridge at Resaca.
