James H. Lane and Mary E. Baldridge Lane
James Henry Lane (1814-1866) was a U.S. representative, a U.S. senator, and a brigadier general of volunteers in the Union Army. In 1841 he married Mary E. Baldridge of Youngstown, Pennsylvania, granddaughter of Gen. Arthur St. Clair. They were divorced some fifteen years later and remarried in 1857. James Lane committed suicide in 1866.
