Paul Dillingham, Jr. (1799-1891)

Paul Dillingham, Jr. was a U.S. representative from Vermont. He was elected as a Democrat to two terms in Congress (1843-47). Dillingham was lieutenant governor of Vermont from 1862 to 1865 and governor in 1865 and 1866.
