Henri Vieuxtemps (1820-1881)

Henri Vieuxtemps was a Belgian violinist and composer. Vieuxtemps toured widely in Europe and the United States. He was court violinist to Nicholas I of Russia and taught at the Brussels Conservatory. Vieuxtemps' best known works are his second and fifth violin concertos.
