Daniel D. Pratt (1813-1877)

Daniel Darwin Pratt was elected as a Republican to the U.S. Congress in 1868 but resigned because he was subsequently elected to the U.S. Senate (1869-1875). Pratt was appointed by President Grant to be Commissioner of Internal Revenue (1875-76).
