Matthew B. Riddle (1836-1916)
Matthew Brown Riddle was a clergyman and religious educator. He was ordained in the Reformed Dutch religion in 1862. In 1871 he became professor at Hartford Theological Seminary, then moved to Western Theological Seminary where he became president of the faculty. He was a prolific writer and editor of the New Testament.
