B. H. Roberts (1857-1933)

Brigham Henry Roberts was a U.S. representative from Utah and a Mormon minister. Born in England, he immigrated to Utah with his parents in 1866. Roberts served as editor of the "Salt Lake Herald." He was a Democratic member-elect to Congress from 1899 to 1900, when his seat was taken from him because he was a polygamist. Roberts was ordained a Mormon minister.
