Andrew J. Rogers (1828-1900)

Andrew Jackson Rogers was a lawyer who was elected as a Democrat to be the U.S. Representative from New Jersey. He served from 1863 until 1867. After practicing law in New York City for a few years, he moved to Denver, Colorado, where he became the police commissioner (1892-96).
