Marsena R. Patrick (1811-1888)
Marsena Rudolph Patrick was a brevet major general in the Union Army. Before the Civil War he was a railroad president and president of an agricultural college. In 1861 he became brigadier general and inspector general of New York volunteers. Patrick resigned in 1865, having been brevetted major general of volunteers.
