Richard Schell (1810-1879)

Richard Schell was a daring Wall Street investor as well as a U.S. representative from New York. Schell's Wall Street house failed in the 1873 panic. He was elected as a Democrat and served from 1874 to 1875. Richard Schell was the brother of Augustus Schell.
