Alexander Long (1816-1886)
Alexander Long was a U.S. representative from Ohio. He was elected as a Democrat for one term (1863-65). Long was censured by the House of Representatives on April 9, 1864, for treasonable utterances and was unsuccessful in his bid for reelection to Congress.
