George W. Walters

This may be the George W. Walters (b.1850) who lived in Fayette County, Iowa. Walters was involved in Republican politics. He retired from his farm in 1909 and moved to the town of Arlington. This carte de visite is from the McKay studio in Decorah, Iowa.
