Annie Clark was an actress. In 1861 Clark was added to the regular company of the Boston Museum Theatre, where she had been an extra. In 1866-67 she was promoted to the head of the women in the company and remained there for twenty years. Together with Edwin Booth and E. H. Sothern, Clark was one of the luminaries of the Boston Museum. In 1899 she performed in "Barbara Frietchie" and 1901 she played in "When Knighthood Was In Flower," both on Broadway, at the Criterion Theater.
