Emma Ross
Emma Ross was a variety entertainer who began dancing in the 1860s. Emma and her sister Ida Ross were a popular variety and vaudeville dance team in the 1870s and 80s. Here Emma poses at the Fredricks studio in New York with two spit curls on her forehead.
