Maggie Keppel

This mug shot of Maggie Keppel was made expressly for the Brooklyn Police Department. Keppel was arrested for kidnapping a child named Lizzie Selden on August 21, 1882. The case was covered in the "New York Times." Keppel was acquitted in April, 1883.
