Joseph Mauras

Joseph Mauras, an opera bouffe singer, belonged to Maurice Grau's French Opera Company. He made his 1880 New York debut as Wilhelm Meister in "Mignon," at the Standard Theatre. Mauras also performed in concerts, frequently at New York's Metropolitan Concert Hall.
