Charles West Kendall (1828-1914)

Charles West Kendall was a Democratic congressman from Nevada from 1871 to 1875. Kendall was the editor and proprietor of the "San Jose Tribune" from 1855 to 1859. He was a member of the California state assembly in 1861 and 1862.
