Lincoln's Funeral Procession in New York City

The procession approaches Union Square, where the ceremonies took place. At the left of the picture is the home of Theodore Roosevelt's grandfather; the six and a half year old Teddy Roosevelt and his brother Elliot watched from the second story. The men standing in ranks are from the Seventh Regiment.
