A print made from a "souvenir negative" showing nine photographs of the "President and Cabinet." Pictured are Abraham Lincoln, Hannibal Hamlin, Edward Bates, Edwin M. Stanton, William H. Seward, Montgomery Blair, Gideon Welles, and John P. Usher. This photo was taken after Fessenden replaced Chase but before the resignation of Blair and Bates.
