Henry Bowen Anthony (1815-1884)

Henry Anthony was a journalist and politician from Rhode Island. Anthony was the editor to the Providence Journal and then became governor of Rhode Island in 1849. He would be elected to the U.S. Senate in 1858 and serve there for the rest of his life.
