Robert Todd Lincoln (1843-1926)
Robert Todd Lincoln was the oldest son of Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln. He was born in Springfield, Illinois, graduated from Harvard, and practiced law in Chicago. He married Mary Eunice Harlan in 1868 and they had three children. Lincoln served as Secretary of War under President James Garfield from 1881 to 1885 .
