Thomas (Tad) Lincoln (1853-1871)
Thomas Lincoln, the fourth son of Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln, was nicknamed "Tadpole" or Tad for short. The boy was often by his father's side while Lincoln attended to presidential matters. Tad poses arms akimbo next to a chair. Note the mourning band on his hat for his father.
