Gouverneur Morris (1752-1816)

Gouverneur Morris was an American political leader and diplomat who led the committee that produced the final draft of the U.S. Constitution. He was a member of the Continental Congress, the U.S. senate and was also U.S. minister to France during the French Revolution.
