Levi Knight Fuller (1841-1896)
Levi Knight Fuller was an inventor who was elected governor of Vermont as a Republican in 1892. Fuller was awarded about fifty patents, most of which were appliances for organs. He was a recognized authority in the field of acoustics and an advocate for the adoption of an "international pitch" for musical instruments.
