Alexander Long (1816-1886)

Alexander Long was a Democratic congressman from Ohio from 1863 to 1865. Long was censured by the House of Representatives on April 9, 1864, for treasonable utterances. He was a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 1864, 1868, 1872, and 1876.
