Benton McMillin (1845-1933)

Benton McMillin was the governor of Tennessee from 1899-1903 and a Democratic U.S. congressman from 1879-99. McMillan was also U.S. minister to Peru from 1913-19 and U.S. minister to Guatemala from 1919-22. He attended every Democratic National Convention between 1876 and 1932 except in 1920.
