Erasmus D. Peck (1808-1876)

Erasmus Darwin Peck graduated from the medical department of Yale College in 1829. He moved to Ohio and practiced medicine until he was elected to the State house of representatives (1856-59). He was elected as a Republican to serve as the U. S. Representative from Ohio and served from 1870 until 1873. He then practiced medicine until his death in 1876 in Perrysburg, Ohio.
