Norman Buel Judd (1815-1878)

Norman Buel Judd was a congressman from Illinois, a railroad organizer and attorney who was the manager for Lincoln's campaign for the Republican nomination for President in 1860. Judd was appointed United States minister to Prussia after Lincoln was elected. .
