Pictured with the Queen are Earl of Albemarle, Duke of Argyll, Marquis of Lansdowne, Lord Cottenham, Lord John Russell, Viscount Melbourne, Archbishop of Canterbury, The King of Hanover, The Duke of Wellington, Sir Robert Peel, The Duke of Sussex (the Queen's uncle), and Lord Holland.
