Carroll Davidson Wright (1840-1909)
Carroll Davidson Wright was an American statistician and social economist who was greatly responsible for the establishment of the United States Bureau of Labor of which he served as commissioner for twenty years. He was also president of the American statistical association from 1897 until his death.
