Charles Henry Tucky Collis (1838-1902)
Charles H. T. Collis was a Union soldier who served as Captain of an Independent company of Pennsylvania Zouaves and Colonel of the 114th Pennsylvania. He received the Medal of Honor for gallantry at Fredericksburg and was brevetted Major General, U.S. Volunteers. He was born in Ireland.
