Francis L. Cramer

Francis L. Cramer was a Union soldier who served as 2nd Lieutenant and 1st Lieutenant and Adjutant of the 1st Nebraska Cavalry. Cramer was also Major of the 1st Alabama Cavalry and was brevetted Brigadier General, U.S. Volunteers.
