Thomas Theodore Crittenden (1832-1909)
Thomas Theodore Crittenden was a Union soldier who served as captain and later lieutenant colonel of the 7th Missouri Cavalry. After the war he was a Democratic U.S. Congressman from Missouri, serving from 1873-75 and 1877-79. He was also the Governor of Missouri from 1881-85.
