Mark Flanigan (1825-1886)

Mark Flanigan was a Union soldier who served as Lieutenant Colonel of the 24th Michigan Volunteer Infantry and was brevetted Brigadier General of Volunteers. He was wounded at Gettysburg and lost a leg. He was born in Ireland.
