Wilson Gives a Speech in Boston
President Woodrow Wilson gives his first speech after his return from Europe at Mechanics Hall in Boston. Wilson was in Europe at the Paris Peace Conference which resulted in the signing of the Treaty of Versailles and a formal end to World War I.
